Small privately owned hotel with 2AA Rosette restaurant has an outstanding opportunity for a talented Head Chef to take control of the brigade. You will be working with the finest fresh local ingredients to create innovative dishes for the award winning restaurant, Italian Bistro and Bar food operation. The hotel is also an extremely popular wedding venue.
You brief will include menu costing, achieving GP target, waste control, kitchen hygiene and staff training.
