CHEF de PARTIE OR DEMI CHEF de PARTIE
An experienced Chef de Partie or Demi chef is required for this beautiful 4*, 100+ bedroom Lake District hotel with extensive leisure complex. Offering stunning views over the Lake and a variety of eateries, they are now further expanding their kitchen brigade. With a modern restaurant, serving a selection of classic European dishes in tastefully modern surroundings to more informal dining experiences offered by the hotel's chic lounge & bar and bistro café. This is also a popular wedding and conference venue.
Serving the very best of local seasonal produce, their brigade of 15 have some highly experienced chefs who can offer the new Chef de Partie or Demi Chef great direction and training.
As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will work in a busy brigade. You must be a good all rounder, able and willing to work across all sections and all dining outlets. You must demonstrate that you can produce exceptional quality food and that you have rosette or fine dining experience. Additionally, your Chef de Partie experience must be from a 3* or 4* hotel with at least 60 bedrooms. Live in accommodation is available and you will be paid for the extra hours you work over 45.
