JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
This boutique hotel, formerly a coaching inn, the hotel is a unique and inspirational venue in a listed building and is ideal for weddings, celebrations, business meetings, luxury dining and special breaks. Combining an inspirational modern British a la carte menu and attentive service, the restaurant is perfect for those guests who prefer a more formal dining experience. The Brasserie, with its more relaxed atmosphere, beautiful artwork and contemporary décor, is perfect for guests who prefer a more relaxed and laid-back dining experience. There is also a beautiful Terrace and bar area.
The successful Junior Sous Chef will be part of a brigade of six., be able to cope in a busy kitchen, serving lunches, dinners and private parties; you need to be organised, creative and ambitious. This could be your first step up from Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant, hotel or gastro pub environment.
