This new opening pub restaurant is the second in Cheshire, independently owned by experienced proprietors. Offering fabulous pub food, using the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients, they combine this with informal service and a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. They have an extensive wine list and showcase local and national cask ales.
You will have a great degree of menu freedom as whilst they will be introducing some of the signature dishes from their other highly successful Cheshire operation, they are keen to see your creative ideas and personal influences on their menus. You must have worked in a similar outlet and be strong Sous, able to support the Head Chef and manage the members of the brigade. Additionally, you will need a stable employment background, high standards, flair and good supervisory skills.
Plans are also in place to open individually tailored bedrooms. We are therefore seeking individuals who match the ambition of the business owners.
