This traditional 4 star Inn is located in tranquil surroundings close to Windermere. A traditional old coaching inn with an excellent restaurant, 30 individually designed rooms, and a new Grill and Smokehouse in an open kitchen offers more theatre to the overall dining experience.
Committed to utilising the best locally produced seasonal ingredients, meals are made to order from a tastefully produced a la carte menu. As a chef de partie, you will need to cope serving 30-40 covers lunch time and 60-70 each evening. You must have high standards, already be at chef de partie level and have worked in quality restaurants. You must enjoy your work and be a great team player, able to cope with the fluctuating demands of a busy kitchen!
