Are you an ambitious, talented and competent Chef de Partie who is capable of contributing to a specific part of the brigade in a Michelin kitchen that produces quality fine dining food? You may even be a highly experienced Commis looking for that next step up. Your area of expertise could be Larder, Pastry, Sauce or Fish and you are now eager to learn more from some of the very best chefs in the North West. It is essential that you have fine dining Rosette or Michelin experience, high standards, creativity and a passion for impeccable high standards of food presentation.
The beautiful restaurant is a perfect for location for the chef director and his kitchen brigade to perform their craft. Their wonderful innovative style is truly exposed in their passion for attention to detail and true honest flavours.
