We are seeking 2 Chef de Parties to work on the Beautiful Isle of Wight for the summer season in a family run hotel with a 2 AA rosette restaurant by the sea.
One Chef de Partie will be required to cover the pastry section and should have experience working to a 2 AA rosette level.
The second Chef de Partie will cover a very busy bar food operation using all fresh produce.
