Relief Sous chef required to work at a stunning hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant for the summer season (accommodation provided)
Ideal applicants should have at least 18months experience working in a 1 or 2 rosette kitchen.
You will be required to cover all sections with a menu that boasts lots of Fresh fish and innovative dishes using seabass, crab and tuna.
This is a very popular holiday destination and this beautiful hotel is based very close to stunning beaches.
