We are seeking a Relief Chef de Partie & Sous Chef with 1-2 rosette background to work in a large hotel. You must have a minimum of 18 months previous experience, together with NVQ Level 2 and a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Our Relief Chefs are passionate about what they do, flexible and committed to maintaining the highest standards. Accommodation can be provided and travel expenses are reimbursed on completion of the booking. |
