Permanent Caterer required to work in a well known, established company in the Accrington area. You will be required to prepare well presented buffets for corporate meetings, conferences and various events. As this is permanent role, all applicants must live in the area and must also have experience in a previous role. Monday – Friday, 9am to 3pm.

Relief Chef De Partie required to start today, in a country house hotel in North Yorkshire, on an initial two week contract.

The team of 3 started at the Irish Sea on the 25^th April crossed some of the country’s most beautiful countryside and National Parks before rolling down to the North Sea traversing the Lake District, the Eden Valley, crossing the Northern Pennines and Durham Dales before dropping down into Tyneside on the 27th.

This role offers an excellent hourly rate of up to £10.00 per hour, per person plus complimentary accommodation for the right candidates.

This position is a temporary contact for the summer starting as soon as possible through to mid-September and is a great opportunity to work in an excellent establishment.

As kitchen assistant you will-

• Assist the chef in the day to day preperation of all meals from breakfast through to preparing packed lunches and evening meals
• Wash dishes and large kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment

You will work Monday to Friday and have weekends as  your days off, however there is an occasional weekend where you will be required to work , therefore days off will be taken during the week.

Our client serves and sells fresh produce from their own award winning estate, including smoked trout and seasonal game. As Relief Café and Farm Shop Manager, you will organise and manage all related tasks, including ordering, promotions and creating eye catching displays.

The ideal applicant will be local and have their own transport enabling them to commute on a daily basis, however, live in accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Working 5 out of 7 days, you will work a guaranteed 40 hours per week.  An excellent hourly rate of £10.00 is offered and in addition, a contribution towards travel expenses will be paid.

This busy pub in the Lancaster countryside has a great reputation and attracts not only village customers but also people travelling from far and wide. This fast paced kitchen environment produces high end pub food for 100 covers per day during the week and 400 per day at the weekend.

As Sous Chef, you must share the passion to deliver quality produce, sourcing local suppliers wherever possible. You will be involved in the management of the kitchen and in the absence of the Head Chef you will be responsible for maintaining these standards along with ensuring strict hygiene standards and stock control.

This Sous Chef role offers a salary of £20000 to £22000 dependent on experience + excellent gratuities and free onsite parking. This is a live out role and due to location, all applicants must have their own transport to commute daily. Working 5 out of 7 days , the majority of shifts will be straight shifts.

As a Relief Sous Chef, you will be involved in the management of the kitchen and, in the absence of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards along with ensuring strict hygiene and stock control.

All applicants must have their own transport as our client cannot offer accommodation however, a contribution towards your daily travel expenses will be paid in addition to an excellent hourly rate of £11.00 per hour.

This 50 cover, fine dining restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide, requires an experienced individual to take responsibility for the day to day running of both the restaurant and bar operation.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a varied Front of House background, be totally professional and have a friendly attitude. The right candidate must be able to offer exceptional levels of customer service and acute attention to detail. Whilst extensive wine knowledge is preferable, it is not essential.

A salary of £16000 to £20000 is offered however this is negotiable dependent on experience.

Due to the restaurants remote location, all applicants must have their own transport if commuting daily although there is a complimentary management apartment on site for the right candidate, increasing the total package up to £25000.
