Jodie has been with Cummins Mellor since 2008, with over 7 years experience within the Hospitality industry, having trained at 1 Michelin starred Northcote and their Ribble Valley Inns gastro pub group. She has broadened her horizons having travelled and worked around Australia which has given her a wealth of knowledge within the catering and hospitality sector. She has an eye for detail and works proactively to source the best possible candidates to fill the most demanding of roles from chefs de partie to Hotel General managers.Jodie is outgoing and not afraid of any challenge. She has completed a 12,000 feet Sky Dive over the Great Barrier Reef, is a keen horse rider, and has experienced Scuba Diving and White Water rafting. Next on her list is to follow in her dads’ footsteps trekking to Everest base camp in Kathmandu. When she’s not busy horse riding or jumping out of planes Jodie is partial to a gin and tonic or two..
