JUNE CROSSLEY Cert RP

June has been successfully managing the Temporary Hospitality Staff department since 1993. With 15 years previous experience of dealing with the Licensed Trade and event management and operational support for a large corporate hotel, her industry knowledge reassures clients that their needs are totally understood. She now heads a team of dedicated and professional staff to ensure speedy and stress free solutions to client requirements. June enjoys a game of golf, supporting the England cricket team, a day at the Races and walking her dog Marley (a Weimaraner). She is partial to a glass of red wine, sunshine, chocolate and a Pamper Day at a luxury Spa.

JODIE MORGAN Cert RP

Jodie has been with Cummins Mellor since 2008, with over 7 years experience within the Hospitality industry, having trained at 1 Michelin starred Northcote and their Ribble Valley Inns gastro pub group.   She has broadened her horizons having travelled and worked around Australia which has given her a wealth of knowledge within the catering and hospitality sector. She has an eye for detail and works proactively to source the best possible candidates to fill the most demanding of roles from chefs de partie to Hotel General managers.Jodie is outgoing and not afraid of any challenge.  She has completed a 12,000 feet Sky Dive over the Great Barrier Reef, is a keen horse rider, and has experienced Scuba Diving and White Water rafting.  Next on her list is to follow in her dads’ footsteps trekking to Everest base camp in Kathmandu. When she’s not busy horse riding or jumping out of planes Jodie is partial to a gin and tonic or two..

HAYLEY KILCOYNE Cert RP

Hayley Kilcoyne has been part of the Hospitality Relief Chef Team since 2007. She provides excellent admin support to the Consultants and is instrumental in ensuring we keep accurate client and candidate records to conform to stringent legislation. She is REC qualified and her bubbly character and cheerful telephone manner make her a hugely popular team member. She is always at the end of the telephone to take bookings and deal with queries.

HAYLEY THOMAS

Hayley Thomas is our newest member of the Cummins Mellor Hospitality Relief Chef Team who joined us after applying for a job for a different company that we were recruiting for! Having passed her A-Levels and gained a place to study Law at Warwick University she decided that it wasn’t for her and moved into the world of work, successfully obtaining a position with Barclays Bank. After working there for 18 months she was looking for a new challenge – something
that we were able to offer her – and since starting with us in late July, Hayley has fully immersed herself in all the challenges that a Relief Chef Agency has to offer. In her spare time Hayley loves both music and sport. She plays the piano, the violin, sings and likes to compose. She also plays badminton weekly and is a Rovers season ticket holder (although it’s very rare that you’ll get her to admit it!)

RAYMOND ELLINGTON

After many years in the Hospitality and Recruitment industry Raymond is the head of Permanent Hospitality at Cummins Mellor Recruitment. Working as a Sous Chef and Head Chef across all types of operations from gastro pubs to 3 AA rosette restaurants, he certainly understands the industry and the needs and expectations of the client.
Raymond also has an excellent background in recruitment, working for his own small business as well as being a registered Relief Chef for Cummins Mellor Recruitment giving him valuable insight from a candidate perspective. With a wealth of experience in all aspects of this very challenging industry, who better to understand your needs than someone who has a “hands on” approach?
