This now brings the total to 17 consultants qualifying for the REC exam in the last three years. June Crossley (who gained distinction) explained that:
“The qualification is important so that the client can be assured that they are dealing with a professional REC consultant who only gives ethical and quality advice.”
The REC exam success comes just as the Accrington based independent recruitment agency receives a glowing assessment, as they successfully retain their Investors in People accreditation.
“… a caring and nurturing environment. The potential of staff was recognised and people encouraged to develop their careers… strong company values… a strong team spirit.”
